Presentation Abstract.
The Primary Focus of this presentation is to inspire you to weave your stories of peace through walking a Luminous Light-Up labyrinth, to discover the Inner Peace that can lead to peace with all creation:people, animals, nature and the universe.
You will see a film “Awakening to Spirit: Inner Peace to World Peace,”about how my gifts of art, poetry, and labyrinth work in the schools and the communities, can awaken your gifts, your treasures for the world. The emphasis will be on my Vision in the Great Kiva, Casa Rinconada, of Chaco Nature National Historical Park, New Mexico.There I saw people of all cultures, races, and beliefs ascend an underground spiral to do a labyrinth dance in the Kiva, and ascend another spiral under a space dome to the skies. This led me to create the art/technology, “Dance of the Labyrinth,” with computer programmed images that light up to your steps, which balances your body, mind heart and spirit.
Following the film, people will walk a version of the Luminous Labyrinth for Peace Center to be built in Sedona, Arizona, not far from Scottsdale.You can decide what design to walk, surround images of where you want to walk, and overhead images in a dome for occasions of your choice:birthdays, marriages and funerals etc. And, you bring your own images for templates.
